So what are these 3 'Synergistic' components?

Active Muscle is the key to metabolism. It is the location where calories (fat cells) are burned as energy. Muscle has got to be active in order to burn fat, or look and feel toned, firm and lean.

Supportive Nutrition stabilizes blood sugar (insulin) levels, provides energy, speeds metabolism thru thermogenics, and provides all the building blocks for repairing and rebuilding your new body.

Moderate Aerobics improves the Cardio Respiratory System (The Heart and Lungs). The C.R.S. is the transportation highway for all bodily functions including: oxygen, nutrients and fat-cells. It alone is not the fat burning element of exercise.
